There's a ton you can learn from any professional golfer's swing and use to improve your own golf swing.

In the video at the bottom of this page, you're going to find out a lot about creating more club head speed by watching this analysis of Brittany Lincicome's swing. (She's #1 in driving distance on the LPGA.)

But like with most other pro golfers, you'll also learn a few movements NOT to make.

The image below begins to illustrate some of the good...as well as some of the not-so-good...

Brittany Lincicome swing analysis - backswingLincicome has a relatively short swing, in line with RST, but her hips have rotated much more than necessary. The video explains the effects of this position.

If you share some of her swing faults, viewing this video will help you to understand the effects of them. It will also let you see how extraordinary the measures are that it takes to overcome them.

Check out the video below, and you'll also learn...

  • How you can produce substantial distance with a relatively short swing and other RST principles (good)
  • Why you are restricting weight shift and lateral movement if your setup looks like hers (not-so-good)
  • How much "width" you should strive for at various points of the swing (good)
  • Whatcompensations you need to make if you over-rotate your hips (not-so-good)
