How Online Learning Groups Work

1. Take swing video/pictures

Any video or still image camera will work. Instructions for positioning the camera are provided.

2. Post video/pics, questions

Use our easy, 3-step form to upload your swing files. Plus, you can refer to our tutorials if you need any help.

3. Receive instruction & practice

Instructors respond (example) within 1-2 business days. Now the hard part...you've gotta practice!

4. Practice more, improve, repeat!

Post often while practicing to ensure you're on track. Once ingrained, stack on the next piece and start again.

No, the instruction provided in the Online Learning Groups is 100 times more detailed and thorough. The interaction here is also much more structured, with a guaranteed timely response provided by a Certified RST Instuctor.

The regular Golf Forum is more about casual interaction among website members and getting some quick feedback about specific questions, usually related to the videos.

Anyone looking for a trained eye or expert instructor to provide feedback needs to be in an Online Learning Group. If you are a "do-it-yourself" type, the regular Golf Forum is probably better for you.

Absolutely not! In-person lessons have some obvious advantages over online lessons, but there are also disadvantages that our online format helps you overcome.

In a perfect situation, you'd be able to take an in-person lesson with one of our Certified RST Instructors or attend a Rotary Swing Tour Clinic and then use your Online Learning Group to get feedback as you progress through each move of the RST.
