RST Certification is reserved for the very brightest and knowledgable instructors in the world. When you take a lesson from an RST Certified golf instructor, you are guaranteed to be working with the most extensively trained and tested golf instructors anywhere. To become RST Certified is not easy. The tests are very hard and the information that must be learned just to pass Level 1 requires on average 100 hours of study on swing mechanics, physics, anatomy, biomechanics, physiology and more. To gain Level 1 Certified status requires that the instructor complete an online test and score a minimum of 90%. The test has well over 100 multiple choice questions and must be completed in under 90 minutes. Once passed, the instructor has demonstrated that he or she has the knowledge and understanding about the golf swing that will far surpass anything available to anyone else in the golf instruction industry. From there, they can move on to the exponentially more challenging Level 2 certification, and finally, Master Instructor certification. The instructors listed below have completed at a minimum Level 1 certification and their current level is listed directly beneath their name and is color coded - green for Level 1, red for Level 2 and gold for Master level.
