What do I do if I forgot my username or password?

Username: Email Christina at rotaryswing dot com with your first and last name.

Password: Request that it be emailed to you from this page.

How do I change my password, name, email address/username, or location?

To change your email address/username, email Christina at rotaryswing dot com with your email address on record and the new one you would like us to use. For your name, password, or location, just log in then go to this page and update your information.

Where are the free videos I was promised?

After you log into the site simply click "Videos" in the top nav.

You've got a ton of content! Where do I start?

Free Members

Click "Videos" in the top navigation bar. If you are still going through your New Member Basics, you'll see the simple navigation for those.

If you have completed the New Member Basics, you'll see our standard video player page, where you should scroll down to the video selection menu and start with Step 1: Introduction.

Note that, as a Free Member, you can only play the videos that aren't "grayed out" — there are over 25 available for free! Don't skip around because one piece of the swing builds upon the next. When finished with Step 1: Introduction, move on to Step 2: Setup, and so on.

Premium Members

You immediately get your current swing analyzed by one of our instructors so you know exactly what to focus on from day one. You can do that with the simple process that starts on this page: http://www.rotaryswing.com/golf-instruction/video/progress-tracker-images.php.

If you prefer to jump into the content, simply log in and click "Videos" on the top navigation bar. Under the black video screen you'll find the video menu. Start by clicking on Step 1: Introduction. Then go through the Basics videos in order. If you'd like to go more in depth on any topic, watch the appropriate Advanced videos.

How do I watch the videos on my iPhone (or iPad or iPod Touch)?

All the RST full swing videos, the Bomb Your Driver Series, and the RST Fitness program are available on our native app. Download it here for free.

Note that Premium Members DO NOT need an in-app subscription for full access on the app. Simply log in with your website email and password.

Our videos should play on most mobile devices. Here are some specifics for a few major ones:

  • iOS devices (iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch): All the RST full swing videos, the Bomb Your Driver Series, and the RST Fitness program are available on our native app. Download it here for free.

  • Android phones, tablets, etc.: Most of our videos should play fine on your device. However, some of our videos still require Flash. Many of these devices support Flash videos; so, our standard video player should work for you. If you have trouble, please make sure the latest version of Flash is installed and activated on your device.

A Premium Membership gives you full access to everything on the site AND in the app.

An in-app subscription only provides access to the videos in the app.

How can I buy a gift membership for someone?

Simply go to our Membership Options page, choose the subscription and checkout. But when you return to our site, choose the option to register as a new user and then enter the other person's information. KEEP IN MIND THAT THE PERSON RECEIVING THIS GIFT WILL IMMEDIATELY GET AN EMAIL WELCOMING THEM TO ROTARYSWING.COM.

How do I switch my video player from RST to original Rotary Swing videos or vice versa?

When you are signed in, you can change this from your Member Tools by clicking "Instruction Preferences" and going through the quick setup process.

What do I do if I can no longer access the RST Instructor Certification Manual eBook?

eBook access relies on cookies on your computer. Send an email to josh @ rotaryswing dot com--with your email receipt, if possible--to have it reset.

Why don't my username and password work in the (old) Golf Forum, Golf Store, or Golf Blog?

The login info for your video membership does not work in the old Golf Forum (the new forum uses your regular membership username and password), Store, or Blog. You need to create new usernames and passwords in those areas.

How can I cancel my recurring membership?

Click here for help regarding canceling your membership.

Your account will be immediately removed upon canceling, even if there is time remaining in the period for which you signed up.

The audio level varies from video to video. What can I do?

Some videos are recorded with slightly different volume levels but don't cause significant issues for most members. Depending on your computer, operating system, speakers, browser, etc. you might experience larger variances. When adjusting the volume, remember there are often three places to look: your computer's internal settings (usually an icon can be clicked in the bottom-right of your screen), our video player's volume bars, and your speakers.

Why doesn't my post in the Golf Forum work when I press "Post Question" or "Post Reply?"

It's likely the page didn't load correctly. Try refreshing the page and typing your question again. Be sure to copy what you typed before refreshing the page so you can simply paste it back in after the refresh.

Can I pay with a credit card or do I have to create a Google or PayPal account?

Presently, you need either a Google or PayPal account to sign up for a membership online. Rest assured that both Google and PayPal are secure and reliable. Plus, your financial information is not shared with us. (Although, we'd take great care of it if it was!)

If you don't want to use Google or PayPal, you can call our Membership Director, Christina, at 407-729-1889 and pay with a credit card over the phone.

If my membership runs out then I sign back up, will my favorites and notes be saved?

Yes, as long as you sign back up with the exact same email address.

I'm having trouble viewing the Instructor Certification Manual eBook. What could be wrong?

Be sure you've followed all of these requirements:

1. Before making the purchase, you must be logged into the site.
2. The manual is only viewable on one device and that is the device that you make the purchase from. Once your account is created, you will not be able to access the manual from a different device or different browser.
3. You agree to not copy or distribute the manual in any shape or form.
4. Orders for the online version can only be made via PayPal.
5. You will not be able to print the manual for offline reading.
6. Do not delete your cookies on your browser or you will lose access!

Do I have to be a member to purchase the eBook?

Yes, but our Free Membership counts!

I get a strange error (mentions "HTTP - 404") when I log in to the old forum. What can I do?

Unfortunately, there's not much that can be done with this. Usually, you just have to go back to the forum and refresh the page before clicking on a topic.

Do you ship anything from your store to places other than the U.S.?

Yes, but because we've had a lot of problems shipping items internationally, there are only a couple of options we will use, and they can be expensive. Please contact Jannette.rotaryswing@yahoo.com to discuss shipping options.

I've received a couple of emails from you. How often do you send notes? Will I be "spammed"?

When you first sign up, you can expect to receive a welcome note and then another email every few days after that to tell you about some of the cool stuff available here. After your first month, you'll usually get an two emails per week. We always send an email when we release new content and try to bundle other bits of information in those to keep your inbox from being overloaded.
Remember that you can simply unsubscribe using the link from any of our emails.

How does the "Remember me" feature work when logging in?

Checking the box next to "Remember me" when logging in will automatically log you in each time you visit any page on RotarySwing.com. This makes for easier access to our site and content, but if you visit us from a computer that other people have access to, automatically logging in may not be the best option.

When you check the box and log in, our site will set a cookie (lasting two weeks) to remember you when you return to the site from the same computer. To disable the cookie, just click "Logout." You'll need to re-enter your email address and password when you return to Gmail.

Why can't I find all your videos on the iPhone/iPad/iPod?

Only RST full swing, Bomb Your Driver, and RST Fitness videos are presently available in the iOS native app. To access other Bonus Series, Tour Pro swings, Short Game, etc., you'll need to log in from a non-iOS device or computer.
