HI Chris, thanks for the review on 12-24-19. Just to confirm my frustration is with myself and not with the program, I am bought in to the fact this is a journey and not a quick fix, plus have done a lot of the shoulder turns with no club and just looking for your expertise to help me move onto to get that back swing where it needs to be. Whilst the position is ok at the top at the moment I'd rather get to the Rotary Swing position so will continue to persevere Happy New Year

Hi David, I understand exactly what you are saying here and I will continue to work my butt off to help you get you to where you want your swing to go. Remember, even when you are doing all of your reps, to make sure you keep reinforcing with the new movements exactly the way you are going to be doing them on the golf course, so that you can put the old movement pattern in the back seat once and for all. Stay patient and use the swing reviews as frequently as you can so I can help lead you to the end result. Happy New Year to you.

I saw this video in one of the comments and did a video search to find it. I was unable to see where it is looking under the video menu section. I am wondering if I am missing other videos I should be watching that are in a different area?

Hello Hank. This is supposed to be in the Introduction Section. I see what you are saying. Let me notify the team. I don't believe you would be missing any other videos.

I do see that this video is under RST GOLF VIDEOS rather than under the Video menu. So how do you go through the website and view the videos in the correct order to improve my swing. I assume (maybe incorrectly) that there are other videos under RST GOLF VIDEOS that are not in the other area. When should I view these in conjunction with the Video menu. Or just look at both on a random basis?

Hello Hank. I would recommend starting on the Video Menu and clicking RST 5 Step Golf Swing System. Use the first two columns of videos in each section (RST Foundation - RST 5 Step). If there is a piece you struggle with. Use the deeper learning videos to help supplement or correct the practice move.

Hi, what's the best way to check that I'm doing the drills/moves correctly? I'm working on the 5 minute backswing drills, but can't figure out a good way to check if I'm doing the drills correctly, aside from videotaping my swing then checking the replay and making adjustments until it is right. i know what to look for on video, but there isn't a solid way (that I know of) to match up feel to reality. Is there any other way to check my swing positions more efficiently?

Hello Brandon. Video is the only way on the course. Using a mirror is a great tool. If you have access to a mirror at home or on the range. You need to start linking the feel of the correct position.

Hi Chuck, I've been trying to go over the videos and I've certainly improve each part of my swing (I've been doing this piece by piece) but I still don't hit the ball consistently. How long you've seen the program takes to start seeing better contact with the ball? I've definitely putting effort and time to go through each of the steps Saludos

Hello Emilio. It all depends on the student. There isn't a set time or goal for everyone. The most common issue is when players have to revert back to feel from a mechanical stand point. From your notes, it sounds like you have built in a lot of correct pieces and have the basic fundamentals down. Now, you have to go use those pieces. You need to shift away from mechanics and allow feel to start creeping back in. Trust you have done the proper reps and see where the new swing takes you. The Trust Line Video is a good place to start clearing some of the thoughts.

Hello Emilio. When was the last time you had a swing review?

Was in November I think, I was really pushing with my right side and casting like crazy, I've been working since then on my takeaway, the 9-to-3 drill, and most of the drills to feel my left hand doing the job. I wanted to submit a video within the next week but I still don't see I am hitting the ball (out of 10 balls, I hit moderately good (in the sweet spot) just 2. Thanks for your replies Craig

Hello Emilio. It sounds like that cast and push is the culprit. The combination of those two really hurt consistency. 9 to 3 is a good route. However, also add the Taking a Divot Video. Work on small impact shots with good lean to build some confidence.

Hi- I don't want to ask a silly question. But I am interested in overhauling my swing wherever necessary. I certainly don't mind paying the upfront price/time to do whatever it takes to build a more repeatable & powerful swing. With that in mind, should I just focus on the drills associated with my swing review or start at the beginning and work from there? Thank you,

Hello Scott. Typically, the instructor will give you the most pertinent area of need in your swing. You can always work on the basics (Setup and Weight Transfers). I would say master the Setup and Weight Transfer. Work on your instructors recommendations. Then, in your next review lay out the goals you want in your game. He will reply with exactly what you need.

I am a new member and haven't had a chance to upload my swing yet due to standing rain in the yard. Suggestions where to start. I was watching how to reshape swing for lag, but now this video says to start here. Can't do a full swing inside. So suggestions for where to start, and for indoor practice, wish I had high ceilings.

Hello Diane. If you are looking to rebuild your swing. I would start with the 5 Minutes Series in each category (setup, takeaway, etc.). Welcome to the site. Once the weather gets better we look forward to providing a more detailed game plan.

Hello James. I would start with the Setup and Weight Shift Series. Master the 5 Minutes to the Perfect Setup and Weight Shift to get started rebuilding the swing. Also, if you are struggling where to start. Upload a swing for review. We will be happy to tell you where you need to begin.

Hello David. If you use the Video Menu Button to the top left of the screen. You will see the Setup and Weight Shift Categories. In both sections there will be the 5 Minutes to the Perfect Setup and a 5 Minutes to the Perfect Setup/Weight Shift. You can also use the search bar towards the top right of this page.
