If you get to work on your chipping a pitching at least once a week, learning how to use one club such as a 60 degree wedge can be the most versatile. Chipping with a lob wedge allows you to hit the ball very high and very soft while also hitting it low. Chipping with this club also affords you the ability to chip it low with lots of spin<\/a> or hit it low and release the face to get the golf ball to release more on the green.<\/p>\n Some golfers prefer hitting their chips with several different clubs while making the same stroke each time. The different loft on the club controls the distance rather than the golfer relying on his practice time to hone in the distance.
