Thank You Andrew. Glad you are enjoying the series. Had a little set back, but should be getting Phase 2 up and running on the sooner side.

Hi Craig, Great analysis of your journey. What sequence in solving the problems you faced did you follow? Thanks, Erick

Hello Erick. The order you need to fix the swing is starting from setup and from the ground up. If you take a look at the Comparing Day 1 to Day 2 Improvements Video. I will talk about the order in how to look at your swing. That is the same order I start to fix my swing with. After setup typically feet/hip work is the next priority.

Hi Craig! I liked these last 2 video's in Phase 1. What I learned from the summery is that we all have to be aware that in every motory movemnt we maked there will always be small mistakes. By being aware of these things it gives us the opportunity to work on them to make progress. In the last session video you mentioned that it might be boring to go through Phase one but for me practice is always fun and never boring. Good practice gives so much satisfaction! Looking forward to your video's in Phase 2 and the way you approach this.

Hello M. Bal. I agree. Practice even in the smaller phases can be fun. Sometimes on those days you struggle though you just want to get out the big stick and swing hard . But, the joy is in the journey. Seeing the success during the small stages in the work.

Outstanding analysis and learned a lot from you on all the sessions in this phase. Watching you pointing what you had to work on makes so much sense to me as I am now aware of what might the same issues in my own swing. Your label of "total system failure" in my own swing for years has been "total fundamental breakdown" so it was nice to see that someone else has their own label when this happens. Looking forward to more good stuff in phase 2. Thank you for doing this.

Thank you Mark. I've had quite a few total system failures in my day. But, just like a computer. Sometimes not broken. Just have to restart it again to get those main components in working order.

Craig, your faults analysis after phase 1 was outstanding. I had listed a few but went back to my notes and now have a similar number to your list to remember as I progress. Excellent leadership to have us list our faults early so we are able to keep them in check and continually in our minds as we bring in the speed. Thanks for these most informative and helpful videos. Jim

Appreciate the post Jim. Happy to know you are getting some value out of the lessons. Accountability is necessary to keep improving the swing. Just don't forget to make some positive notes as well

Craig, Watching your training sessions has been very encouraging and motivating. Agreed that these small shots don't deliver the big bang like a long drive, but hitting7-9 fifteen yard shots straight to the stick in a hula hoop size dispersion is pretty cool. Looking forward to following your progress in phase two.

Thanks Tom. Yes. It is nice to have a compressed feel while also seeing the consistency. Like practice short putts. Can get repetitive but nice to see it go in the hole a few times

Thanks Craig the practice sessions have been extremely helpful. One thing I’ve struggled with is pushing with my right hand. What do you suggest to correct this problem? Thanks Greg

Hello Greg. Letting go, or literally barely touching the club (I make some swings with finger tips only). Taking over with the trail hand too much will be much more discussed in my Phase 2 journey because of how much it can affect the release

Craig- does the system tell you based on your posts when it is okay to move to phase two or is there a certain number repels it’s lokking for? In your practice 1-4 you apparently hit 400 balls as groups of 10. I would guess you actually hit more than that but how do you know when you have graduated to phase 2 from 1?

Hello Stephen. I had a few more sessions. I wasn't able to get all on camera. You nailed it. The AI tells you when to move on. Hal decided I had seen enough of Phase 1 with the reps/data I've entered after each session.

Hi Craig, a great insight from you on all these fundamental elements and self awareness just to hit the ball only a few yards, and this is just the start of it! The format of these sessions is perfect. Regards, Arthur.
